Responsibilities include:
Serve as the day-to-day liaison with assigned clients to ensure successful and timely completion of customer requests.
Act as the final point of escalation for customers who are at risk of leaving or who are not receiving service as expected
Building excellent senior level rapport with clients and suppliers
Pro-actively developing business to secure further projects from, and therefore financial development of, existing accounts
Maintaining a thorough understanding of clients, their businesses and the marketplaces in which they operate.
Requires retaining and growing accounts through exceptional customer care and follow-up.
Provide onsite customer support and training to assigned customer base
Conduct regularly scheduled service calls and appointments with assigned customer base
Follow through on all requests for service (moves, adds, changes) from assigned client base
Sign existing accounts into contracts and renew expired contracts
