Obtains direct feedback from clients and identifies and resolves service issues across multiple functions.    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Ensures customer retention by building relationships with EAP hospital accounts.  Acts as liaison between customers and multiple business units for operational, technical, logistics, billing, and IT-related issues. Develop strategies for addressing chronic EAP problems to facilitate permanent solutions. Provides in-depth support and extended visits to EAP clients. Monitors Business unit utilization and identifies EAP conversion opportunities. Coordinates EAP account conversions with new clients and transition of hospital work from Business Units. Supports at-risk EAP account across sales territories.   Oversees analysis of EAP account problems and expedites their resolutions; establishes to support field representatives with managing their account activity, problem resolution, and prospective monitoring of key EAP accounts. Builds relationships at multiple levels with clients, acts as liaison with technical directors to resolve issues and improve service. Ensures compliance with company policy, government regulations, and established quality systems.  Actively participates in monitoring corrective action and its effectiveness. Accurate analysis of process failures and recommendation of corrective action    for problem trends, including development of analytical tools for same. Development of problem trending management reports used in conjunction with EAP continuous improvement efforts.   Responsible for development of EAP client education and communication materials.  Responsible for deployment of EAP client communications. Creates and manages EAP client survey process. Performs other job related duties as assigned by competent authority.    Physical Demands Travel as necessary  Qualifications Experience, Education, and Licensure BA/BS or the equivalent in education and experience.  Extensive experience servicing customer accounts; previous customer service experience a plus.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of the healthcare industry and general economics of business. Strong relationship building, troubleshooting, planning and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as part of a team. Ability to follow and apply policy and processes to daily work. Proficient with desktop skills, including Excel, Word, Access, Internet. Proven interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze information to fully understand customer needs. Ability to interact with all levels of employees. Ability to work in environment of uncertainly and travel 80% of times with extended stays.Quest Diagnostics has many career opportunities for individuals whose talent, initiative and dedication will complement our belief that the patient comes first and that values do matter. 9. Prepares written and oral reports to the Program Management staff as required.
