Position Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: Escalated call resolution; Problem research & resolution; Serve as a helpdesk resource for frontline agents; Respond to and Resolve customer e-mails, written correspondence, phone inquiries and other client communication.

Hires and manages group of In-house Sales Representatives (provide coaching and training)
Manage out-sourced call center.
Take sales calls on an overflow basis.
Manage Inter/Intra-department flow.
Work one-on-one with other departments when phone and/or system errors occur.
Monitor and measure sales representatives and provide feedback as necessary.
Coach and mentor inbound sales representatives in customer sales and handle soft skills.

Maintain listing of Congressional Representatives’, Senators’ and staffers’ current addresses and phone numbers.
Maintain a resource library of published Congressional references.
Take independent action to collect, assemble and prepare information.
